    They've left it open to abuse by not putting any restrictions on it. All you have to do to vote again is refresh the page. Maybe they'll think the whole country loves him.

    pmsl it's hilarious BUT you guys do realise the telegraph only have to look at their website stats for that page and see the referrer to be lead straight back here anyway so they'll know what's happened if they choose to look in their logfiles
