FAI U21 International player of the year... http://www.fai.ie/international/sen...ai-international-award-winners-announced.html
In a non-controversial way... Is he that good in this boards opinion? I haven't really seen enough of him to comment fully, I gather he has no real end product. We signed him as a winger and seems to be Koren's understudy in CAM now.
Well he played the fa cup game against Ipswich in the hole, and possibly the Crawley one as well ( Ive tried to wipe that particular game from my memory). But he's played about 90% of his games on the wing, swapping from side to side with either Mclean or Cam. He went through a bit of a lean period in terms of form around christmas time, but I think he's come out of that and has had a positive effect on a number of games recently. Personally if we have the option to buy him I definetely would as he's only going to get better, especially under the tutelage of Barms.
I think he's definitely improved lately, though like the rest of our players, he could do with a bit of shooting practice.
No doubt of the lads talent but by no means the finished article. If we can get him at a similar price to Cam or Chester then he is definitely worth bringing in permanently
Agree with westhulltiger pretty much. It's obvious he has talent but just like Stewart and some other players he doesn't really use it enough IMO. More often than not he does something that looks promising but comes to nothing.
Brady, Chester & Dudgeon all in Prinny Quay Nandos tonight. I saw them with my own mince pies. They all look so young!! Like children. Gutted about that, I'm not even 30 yet.
I saw Brady, Dudge and Josh King in Prinny Quay Game last Monday, they wanted that Max Payne game but they didn't have it, then they went to Millie's Cokkies.
Corry Evans was in there last week with his WAG. HCFC hotspot that place, you'll have to get her trained so she can spot them and fetch you some autographs!
Haha I txt her shes on her break I asked if 3 City players had been in and low and behold i got "not sure why? x" as the reply. Sounds like a good call ill be getting the team photo up on the screen one night hopefully the autographs will be flooding in.
He'd be good as a winger if we had someone capable of winning the ball when a cross is put in. As we don't it's pretty pointless playing him wide (especially on the left) as he doesn't seem to have worked out that putting them in low down and at speed is better for our squad (or own goals). He's more of a threat running at the defence and trying to get shots away or balls to Fryatt, and he's going to get more opportunity to do that as Koren's understudy in the middle than he is out wide.
