    I actually back Levein :bandit:

I don't see who we could get that's better just now (apart fae the myth).

I wish he would swallow his pride about O'Connor, though, and at least he won't ever send us out without a striker again....

    O'Connor?

    Do you mean Fletcher?

I nearly shat myself at the thought of having O'Connor upfront there

I do agree about Fletcher though

In the past we were used to seeing average Rangers players like McKinnon Greig and Henderson picked before Celtic European Cup winning stars McNeil Murdoch and Johnstone. We even had Kenny "the King" dropped completely so that he would not break some old Rangers clogger's record of most consecutive Scotland appearances.
Scottish selections have stopped surprising me many years ago and especially when the group of Scottish fans from a certain Scottish club booed Celtic players in general and Jimmy Johnstone in particular I stopped supporting them.
But as I am not Scottish I think it is up to every man to make his own mind up. Please don't chant Goodewillie's name too often or you maybe accused of obnoxious chanting and we can't have that at any football matches involving Scottish teams.

    have to agree with this.

on a personal note i used to go regularly from england up to hampden and even ventured abroad on occasion to watch scotland, then came bertie and i lost interest. when smith came in i got a little bit of interest back and same with mcleish. since burley and levein came in i have lost all interest.

maybe this this also on the back of international football getting worse and worse as a whole. the world cup in SA was pish poor - i was glad most of the games were on in the middle of the night as it saved me from watching them. england getting a beating was a highlight tho!

Is it possible that tonight is the last time any Rangers players play for an International team ?

Surely next season Rangers will push the boat out and have somebody in the Northern Ireland squad to keep the bigots happy , Stephen Craigan !!! look at all the own goals he has scored for them trying to get that move
