Realistically I can only afford to go to either Villa or Liverpool away. I've got a 12th man membership so could easily get a ticket for Villa and we've got more chance of taking points.

However, I've never been to Anfield and would love to go there.

So do I take the safe bet and get a Villa ticket and give Liverpool a miss? Or do I take a chance, wait for the Liverpool tickets to go on sale and try and get a ticket but risk them selling out before it makes it to members sale?

On the plus side, I'm going to Stoke on Saturday and can't wait. First match since the 4-4 in early Feb.

  2. Gan to Villa.

I sense a bad day at Liverpool, losing 5-1 and Carroll scoring a hatrick.. :S

Seeing us dish up some revenge against Villa would be the + point of a trip to Villa Park.

Would go to Villa as I don't think Liverpool will get to Member sale.

Liverpool will be the best game but as has been said, you probably won't get the chance of a ticket with a membership.

It is a problem as both are **** grounds.

Villa to give them grief and we have a better chance. Better stadium than Anfield although the away end is in a **** place.

Liverpool is horrible, crap atmosphere, we always outsing them, just a dump, but we always seem to lose.

How'd you work that out? Longer trip and more expensive tickets. Or were you being sarcastic?

Live in Wolverhampton so Villa ain't far to go. As it sounds unlikely that liverpool will go to members sale I reckon I'll go to Villa.
