yeah man, like really heavy.............but if I may continue to digress - I have all the Man albums from that era "Rhinos Winos and Lunatics", the big foldy out map one who's title I can't remember, a live bootleg "Live at the Padgett Rooms, Penarth" (there's an anarchic title for you :)) etc

also just watched Sonja Kristina prettier than Stacy but not as wierd.

saw SAHB several times too. And in 73 saw Queen (in seven seas of rye mode) SUPPORTING Mott the Hoople hahahahaha

If you're looking for anarchic record titles then Welsh heavy rockers Budgie had one of the best ever, 'In the grip of a tyrefitters hand', I think Man were also from the valleys...

****ing hell. It was in rebellion against you lot that I started going up west to see Dr Feelgood and hanging about under the Westway in 75/76. Thank god the punk revolution came. The Clash and the Pistols have huge W12 histories, even though Rotten is a Gooner.
And to maintain a tenuous link to the OP, The Saints were a very fine Aussie band of the same era.

I was there in 74, and still have a soft spot for Gabriel now. But The Feelgoods changed my musical tastes forever and the Clash changed my view of the world. Stunningly lucky to be growing up in West London when this revolution was going on and the Rs were playing the beautiful game well, beautifully.

Just off to add a Strummer quote to my signature....

No chance tosh. I do have more hair than most of my mates put together, yes it is greying, but definitely no pony tail.

My sands of time have not been eroded by the river of constant change.
