Benayoun has to have a starting place now, surely?

By far our best player today IMO, and he's got to start now ahead of Ramsey IMO.

The way he played today totally made the game for us. Can't understand why Chelsea never played him, I thought he was a great player at liverpool.

I said earlier that a win today and we'd make the top four, but Chelsea could come back strong and Liverpool might be buoyed by their recent Carling Cup win.

Maybe Tottenham will crash and burn now... hopefully! MASSIVE GAME AT ANFIELD NEXT WEEK, win that and we might even get third!

Oh, and did I mention I won £200 for betting we'd win at 2-0 down? **** YEZZZZZ!

  2. Benayoun? Do you mean Rosicky??? Benayoun was ok today but nothing special, Rosicky was superb.

I think the whole balance worked well and what was Rosicky on today? Did Arsene change his medication or something as he played really well!

As for Benny, i really don't know why he hasn't featured for us this season. He really needs to play for us in the remaining season, probably coming off the bench...

I thought Benayoun played really well. Maybe that's just me, but I think he was the reason we won today.

    It's a sentiment I sahre Samarai.

It was his movement which helped give the midfield space. That's where Ramsey, Walcott et al have their failings - too static, too obvious. Benyayoun didn't do anything spectacular but he was effective in the way he played. Not saying he is the answer, but he was a big part of why we were so potent today.

I was very happy to hear that Ramsey was injured today. Aside from teh odd goal, I find him annoying, average at best. MAybe he will become better.

Benayoun and Rosicky were both really good today and they combined well on the left. Yossi deserves a big shout for today, he was really impressive and his off the ball movement opened up the Spuds time and time again <ok>

Wenger felt he had to back his signing- Ramsey. After all Benny is a loaner.
    Rosicky back on form... WOW.

I thought benny was amazing today. Some really good creative passes the sort we have lacked when ramsey, walcott and gervinho are our attacking creators

He is too slow in possesion. Rosicky got the ball and moved it on. Keep the speed of the play up. Ramsey always takes too many touches. He needs to keep it simple because he isnt as talented as people like messi or zidane. They can do the tricks or take more touches because they are so amazing. Ramsey needs to get the ball and move it on. His running into dead ends really annoys me.

Let's not start getting on Aaron's back as we've had a habit of doing with others in the past. He's a very promising young player who has put in some great stints for us. Like some I think it was a little too much too soon but he will develop into a great player if dealt with properly. I'd like to see Rosicky start over him at the moment but let's have some perspective chaps.

Benayoun had a very good game, Rosicky was the star performer. Whenever he comes on he has an energy on the ball no other player in the Arsenal first eleven has, his directness was instrumental, Benayoun played pretty directly too.

It is this directness that won us the game - and Walcott playing further forward. We MUST continue to play this way, we have been calling for this change in style forever now.

Those who claim Walcott wouldn't be a good striker saw just how good he is as a striker - all of the positions he got himself in to score those goals were from him being in advanced positions

    Exactly this.

In addition, Theo was allowed to push further forward due to the great experience in midfield for the second half - Rosicky, Benny, Arteta & Song controlled the middle, allowing Theo to push on with RvP in almost a 442 at times.
