It was a tight game You were hard done to lose and a draw would have been fair, but I still think a Top 8 finish is Norwich's destiny
He was definitely pushing for it, made some cracking saves from Pilkington, Holt and Wilbraham. Definitely looked like the keeper he was billed as at the start of the season.
De Gea was quality, saved everything thrown at him bar the goal which he had no chance with. Was also confident when coming off his line, but could've done to have been more willing to go for crosses. Definitely played a big role in us getting three points.
for anyone who can't wait, and before its removed, here's some highlights http://www.dailymotion.com/video/xp2dsw_n-m-footyroom-com_animals?start=251#from=embediframe I thought at the time that Scholes was offside and looking at this I still think he is, no sign of Evra's handball either
Did the Norwich fans enjoy the 'We Love You' chant? Or do you still think it's 'embarrassing' Unlucky today lads.
De Gea makes saves no other keeper is capable of making but send a cross into the box and he ****s himself.
He has won us lots of points as well. Think about the game against Stoke, made 2 worldies and a few good stops, even against Ajax in Holland, the West Brom away game when he let the Long shot through his hands, he made a couple of great saves. Not to mention the amount of saves he made in the two matches against Chelsea. The funniest thing happened actually before our game, a drunken man in the park came up to me and our keeper as I was warming him up spouting that, and I quote "that De Gea is ****ing useless. He's as ****ing skinny as this post. Ferguson has no ****ing clue with his goalkeepers".
I thought he dealt with crosses reasonably well today. It was his kicking that was a bot ropey today - he had a dodgy kick against Ajax as well that went unnoticed because the commentator was spouting some irrelevance at the time.
I've noticed this as well. He kicks with an open foot sometimes and it sometimes makes poor contact but when he puts his foot through it, he kicks as far as anyone.
Scholes was onside and it hit Evra in the back and your a ******. Norwich are a long ball team and boring to watch.
I'm going to stick with what Lee Dixon and co. think of our football rather than your highly qualified opinion! I personally think Man Ure play the most boring football of the top teams. Relying mostly on counter-attacks, unlikely the great football City, Tottenham and (at times) Arsenal play Also, hand ball penalty, Scholes' foul on Ward which he knew was a penalty and an offside goal... We was robbed!!
We play better football then your ever do and we are a possession team. And it was never a pen and if your an idiot if you still think Scholes was offside. Your a route 1 team you play nothing like Blackpool did last season or Swansea.
today your manager disagreed. That's true, we're not getting relegated due to having one star player and a readable style, and we beat Swansea by out thinking and playing their game.
You are more than welcome to air your opinion of course, but being offensive will not be tolerated. It might be acceptable where you come from, but here it isn't. May I take this chance to invite you to edit your post so that it doesn't cause any more offence than it already has. Thank you.
You know I LOVE it when people make statements like that, insinuating the other party is an idiot (or worse) and then make one of the MOST basic grammatical error there is. Says it all really! http://www.copyblogger.com/5-common-mistakes-that-make-you-look-dumb/
