    Seriously though this is a big game for andy carroll. If he plays well maybe he can put himself in the shop window and a top championship club might take a chance on him in a few years.

    You can do better than el donkey. He always makes me think my tv is broken. He looks like he is moving in slow motion. Never have I seen someone so slow AND with such a terrible touch be so coverted (admittedly only by the scousers and the spuds)

    Total cost of those £25m. And no. He isnt better than gervinho. Walcott is not good enough for arsenal (imo although today made me doubt that) but is still miles ahead of the biggest waste of money in the history of football.
