7 - Tottenham have lost more games after being 2+ goals up than any other team in Premier League history (seven times). As I predicted when they play some tough teams away home....... Title contenders Once the annual bending over against United happens the race for 3rd will be back on. 'Arry is no longer interested as he has one eye on the England job
Theres a lotta love in here for the mighty spurs. Touching . HIAG , come out come out wherever you are !
It's nothing to do with bottles - for most of the time in the PL we've been nowhere near the standard of the top four but we still palyed open football and didn't have the skill to hang on to a lead. Today I think we just got complacent after the miracle start and thought Arsenal would fold and instead they played their best stuff for months (since they won at the Bridge as it happens).
I wanted this result more than the draw like most Chelsea fans,It will bring the spuds down to earth a bit(hold that dvd of top london club arry)and I can honestly see them tick totting down to 5th.....Well done the arse.
Tick tott... seven point gap... If we perform anywhere close to the level we should, the gap will be down to zero come March 24, 3pm
I would like to add that yes, it should bring us down to Earth - it also might do the same for the players and might 'spur' them back to playing better.
WBA and Stoke next. Once the annual bending over to United is done, Spuds next game is Everton away before they then play us. This is by no means over. Win our next two games and I'm certain we'll be in a position whereby if we beat them we'll overtake them. Arsenal have a chance as well if they win at Anfield
Last time one of these threads turned up on here the gap went from 5 points to 10. Hopefully you wont disappoint again
The Chelsea & Arsenal love in, its actually quite sweet!!! We all have off days and yesterday was just one of them, we accept that we will get some stick from the Arsenal fans for a bit and rightly so as thats what rivalry is all about. However we can just look at the league table and still have a little smile that we still sit comfortably clear of chelsea and Arsenal. Why Chelsea fans are celebrating an Arsenal victory is beyond me!!!
