Good team, my only difference would have been Bellamy for Downing. Hopefully downing can continue his ever so slightly better form he had against Brighton.
Think Spearing should be on for Henderson and Bellers for Downing. Just cus it's cardiff doesn't mean we should think we can get away without a holding midfielder - and Adam and Gerrard are ****e at tracking back

With no Bellamy, Downing will need to replicate his performance from last week and, as others have said, I reckon that Carroll could be key for us today, as no doubt Cardiff will focus on Suarez

I did nae even know it was the final today (of a cup which even QPR dismissed ) Anyway, I hate both teams, probably Liverpool a tad less but then I would prefer the under-dog, ah well, get ta ****, i don't mind who wins or loses as long as it's a decent game.
If there is a top Premier League team that could be frustrated early & lose it's got to be Liverpool . The longer it goes without a goal , the more money I would put on Malky & his team .
