After last week, what a disappointing result, 4 goals, everything went in. But today, I would think even fallon would have been embarrassed by some of those misses. Hey-ho, point gained I suppose.
Can't remember when I last watched such a crap game-although to be fair did'nt get to the Barnet game on tues,which apparently was crap also.
That's the problem, after such a profound win expectations are too high and Argyle being Argyle never live up to them.
You are right Mrs lalala but today was dire wasn't it nonetheless. Honest opinion is that Dagenham are bottom and will stay there and are doomed. We decended to their level today instead of going for the throat. Apart from a couple of minutes in the second half when we looked like we would actually do something, the rest of the match was absolutely 100% forgettable. We should have and could have won today with ease. They were there for the taking except we couldn't be arsed. How some of the chances were either missed or not taken at all is beyond me and has nothing to do with confidence or anything else. The Ref matched the standard of play so all in all nobody had a good game. My MOM would have been Williams which is saying something. Didn't do anything wrong. So much for the angst some people came out with when it was thought he would play.
Frustrating for me too listening at 7am Pacific...at least on Tuesday it's a mid day game here. now if i could only get the snow blower to start..
