Itâs The CanariesSoccer Match Center for the ballgame featuring: Red Devils @ Canaries Live from The DeliaDomeâ¢. Canaries take to the field following a disappointing Two versus One defeat in the FA SuperBowl® against Foxes. In that matchup, W. Hoolahan converted Canariesâ only score-attempt, following in after his PK was saved by K. Schmeichel. Foxes were by far the better team, despite being an NPC® Franchise. Coach Lambert was criticised by many for fielding a weakened lineup, particularly in his failure to include S-A-C G. Holt. Coach Lambert: âin, lose, or draw, we go again, and that's been the secret to the team, they don't really dwell on games whether they win or not, and Sunday will be no different. The game at Old Trafford will give them the belief that they can compete. You know if you get a chance against a team of that stature then you have to try and take it." If Canaries are to compete against the world-famous Red Devils Franchise, Coach Lambert will have to pick his strongest XI, and rely on the counter-offence to secure attacking plays. Canaries have had success using wide-receivers A. Pilkington and E. Bennett in previous fixtures, although the squad-rotation-depth-chart means that no body can be certain of their starting place, particularly after such a disappointing display versus Foxes. please log in to view this image Red Devils (at time of writing) sit P2 in the EPL Divisional Standings, two ballgame-points behind divisional-rivals Manchester Sheikhs, and will be outright favourites to defeat Canaries in this fixture. They boast amongst the greatest midfield-line of any EPL⢠Franchise, including veteran wide-receiver R. Giggs and veteran central-midfield-linesman P. Scholes, not to mention Hispanic player J. Hernandez; itâs difficult to see how Canaries can compete in the middle of the gridiron. Coach Fergusson: "I think they have probably exceeded everyoneâs expectations. In fact, all the teams who were promoted have excelled, particularly Norwich. Theyâve not signed a lot of players, theyâve stuck to their normal way of doing things, and although it's difficult to say nowadays, I think they'll be okay [in terms of staying up]." Last time these two Franchises met in the EPL was a Two versus One Red Devils win at the TrafPlex Stadium, despite Canaries performing strongly and creating several excellent score-attempt-opportunities. Norwich to win 3-2 Pilkington (drive from edge of box), Surman (volley inside box) and Holt (header) to score for us Hernandez to score twice
I'll make sure I don't put any money on a Norwich win, Currently on my accumulator I have Sunderland (1-0 down) Birmingham (1-0 down) Chelsea (seemingly under relentless pressure) and Celtic. *$%&*$"!£!
Pearce will probably ask Shearer to come out of retirement, and if a Goalkeeper gets injured, be sure to see Peter Shilton called up.
Sunderland hammered and everton not playing, so by my calculation we stay in top 8 whatever happens tomorrow Qpr going down??!
I thought they were OTT in response to your little dig! They have, after all, been crowing to all and sundry about buying quality, PL standard players!
I was desperately trying to find the actual quote from one of them a few months ago were they said we were jealous of all their top signings and also one at the start of the season were they said their players would be better than Morrison/Pilkington, but I couldn't. Really I was just repeating what they said earlier, but it's amazing how many people say to ignore the little wind-up but also react in the very same post!
