My first match will have been in '50 or '51 - Raich Carter playing - went with my granddad. I can't remember who the Tigers played.

Scunthorpe United, 3-2, August 1965. Sat in West Stand & was totally overawed by the occasion and the number of people there. I was hooked.

My first game was at home to Huddersfield and we lost 2-3, not good when we had to drive all the way back to Wiltshire that night! It was in the 1992-93 season when we had the likes of Graeme Atkinson and Leigh Jenkinson in the team. I'll always remember driving away from fer Ark with Baker Street playing on the radio. I enjoyed the day but not the result. I was sat in the South stand with my dad.

It wasn't a 40,000+ crowd. 32,000. The last time there was a 30,000+ crowd. Amazingly, in this rugby mad city, there has never been a 30,000+ crowd for a rugby match, even when City let them use it for local derbies and Floolight Finals when the ground still held 40,000, the biggest one being 27,000.

First game was against Everton January 1964.

My first two home games were both v Sheff United. We won 4-1 in one in the league and drew 1-1 in fa cup in the other. Early 80s was in South Stand seats for both but cannot remember which was first. Can anyone clarify for me?

I only ever went to 1 game at Boothferry (I think) as a kid but I can't really remember it.

First game was a 1-0 win over Sunderland in our first ever game at the KC, Steve Melton the scorer.

A bit more recent than most of the above, although I haven't missed a competitive game at the KC since.

2-0 loss to Chelsea in the FA cup 3rd round 1991/2, although admittedly I was in the away end cos my dad's a Chelsea fan, but I saw the light and sacked them off for City......sometimes think my life could have been more fun if i'd followed Chelsea but then i realise i'd be supporting John Terry week in week out and think thank **** for that

8th 1983 October we won 4-1 goals from Marwood(2), McClaren and Multrie

0-0 vs Bradford City - 3rd November 1987. As I recall Bradford were top and we were second in the old Division 2 at the time. And following this game we seemed to graduall. go into a downward spiral that didn't stop until 2003.

Either 77 or 78, it might have even been 79, so i'd have been either 5,6 or 7.

    City 0 Blackpool 0.

    Went by train.

    ****ing freezing.

    That is all.

Nice one mate - unfortunately I'm just getting the error "This video either has been removed from Facebook or is not visible due to privacy settings". Would be cool to see that as I haven't seen a bit of it since the night I was there, (seem to recall us hitting the crossbar and being denied a blatant penalty in the first 15 mins).
