The biggest thing Liverpool has going for it is , actually winning at Wembley is optional with Cardiff !
Yes agree with you there 100% sussex ,its not fit for a budgies cage . See ol Seabrick is talking gobbly gook again ;O)
Wrong Ant's seems like the kind of guy that would happily snap his Cousin LOL Stevie G sat in the stand injured and A G taking a red for the team would strangely strengthen our chances LOL
My old man is from Liverpool and my mam was from Caernarfon I was born in Bangor but was brought up in Liverpool till I was around 8, then we moved to wales. So I am 100% Welsh and proud of it! But I also have a strong connection with Liverpool through family and friends, who are all Liverpool fans with the exception of my granddad who is an Everton fan. This sums it up pretty well; We lost my Gran to Cancer over Christmas, and on the day of the funeral I walk up to my granddad to shake his hand and see how he is doing. And what’s the first thing he says as he shakes my hand? “You’re not still supporting that shower are you?!” With a cheeky smile on his face Says it all really
Well I'm a proud Scouse. However, I have to tell you that, apart from Sunday, your club seldom if ever come into our considerations. Therefore we couldn't give a bugger who you are playing.
Thanks guys. Yes she had a great life. - No offence to Cardiff but I bloody hate playing teams we should walk over, we have a tendency to make hard work of it!
Isn't ethnicity a wonderful thing? Who is English and who is Welsh? With the migratory habits of our forebears the chances of any one of us being 100% English, Welsh, Scots, etc is practically 0. For instance my father's forebears came to Liverpool in the mid 1700s from Peel, IOM (now don't go telling a manxman that he's Irish ) but my mother's parents are both Scots. But I call myself English. However, my allegiance is not to England but to Liverpool. I'm Scouse and I'm proud of it. I'm a Red and I'm proud of that too. To some I'm plastic because I don't live in Liverpool and haven't done so for many years. But Liverpool is the place I call home. This is not a dig at feeling you belong to any country, it's just an observation.
Actually the English are Germans and the Welsh are the true Brittons http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=j617mImHVvk
Actually the Welsh are Celts. http://www.celticleague.net/ The English are Anglo/Saxon with a sprinkling of Roman and Viking in the mix.
