That was simply for going into administration though, if there is proved to have been financial wrongdoing then they could face even more serious sanctions.
You have been docked 10 points for going into administration. You should face sanctions for not paying tax.......you ****-knuckle.
Do you think Rangers have paid Ni and PAYE this year? Do you think that the tax man forced Rangers into administration because they paid their tax? Do you think that this argument that was heard before a judge failed? Do you live in a cave? You ****ed up, have some ****ing dignity
Rangers were unable to pay their NI and PAYE and were forced into administration. As per SPL rules, they were docked 10 points. Stop being a ****-knuckle.
why were they unable to pay it? they docked it from the wages of everyone at ibrox. therefore they were able to pay it but whyte chose not to pay it.
Not true though is it, squiggy? Whyte could have paid it but chose instead to use the money for the day-to-day running of the club. It wasn't likely he was going to use his own money, was it?
What a stupid statement. When you're short of cash, the day-to-day running costs are clearly going to be paid before bills that can be deferred. Quite how Whyte thought he was ever going to be able to pay all these bills is another story. Either he got his sums spectacularly wrong, or his intention was to put the club into administration from the start.
A stupid statement? I was merely pointing out the obvious as you seemed incapable of grasping it as your 'argument' with Rebs, Den and shadow shows.
please log in to view this image Hope he gets jailed for his blatant racism. Everyone knows that crackers can only black up at halloween.
So you would have paid the tax man then had no money to pay the players, police, caterers etc. for the last 3 months? With that sort of business acumen you could be...running Rangers.
That's the way of it. In financial difficulty bills get deferred in preference to keep operating. You make arrangements to pay those bills and if the company is a going concern creditors are generally ameniable, HMRC less so. As Shyte has found out to our cost.
