I did notice that all of the goals that he scored were with his left foot. In fact he had to move the ball around to get it there.
Ok, having the new keeper and striker doesn't detract from the fact that Lee Hodson is seriously struggling in that right back position and our defence as a whole is one of the most generous in the championship. We should keep our feet firmly on the ground and appreciate that all that's going to happen is that we're not going to lose by such big margins as against Palace last Saturday. I should imagine we will have a peaceful run to the end of the season without any fear of relegation, so it's a good, safe season for us!
I'll have you know there are from Italy and the Trotta family are a bit different over there, it's Don Delatini, Rodlini and Triggita. haahahahhahaha
Good signings from Dyche via the loan market. He has identified problems and filled them in signing Kacaniklic, Kuszczak and Trotta. When thinking about what strikers we could loan in Trotta did pop into my head, he looks decent from what I've seen of him on the Football League show with Wycombe. Seems like a bit of a poacher in the box, hopefully he can replicate what he can do in League One in the Championship! We're definitely safe, we seem rooted in mid-table which for a club like us is a good thing!
Enjoy the ride Mr Yellowvoice, thou shall not cause me loss of my positivity. We may have a leaky defence but we can now out score anyone, even Barca on their off day. He who dares wins
Dyche is not making it easy for the fans is he? Kacaniklic, Kuszczak , Trotta? What kinds of chants, songs or nicknames can you devise for any of them.? Trotta will be Rodney or Del-boy or similar, but what about the other two? Something to do with a pair of Poles perhaps. And what about poor old Simon Oxley in the commentary box....?
I did notice that a number of the Wycombe goals in the featured matches that were not scored by Trotta, were scored by some lad called McNamee. He also set up at least 3 of Trotta's goals. Maybe he's also worth pursuing for a loan spell here - he might make it at Watford.......
I appreciate that it was only one game and furthermore we lost. However, how did Trotta play in Saturday's defeat? Thanks in advance.
Well i think the biggest worry is that i did not notice him. He needs to stand out and make a name for himself in the strikers role. So on that merit alone, it was a fail. However, as with Tomasz he could grow into the game.
