You should have heard the uproar when Admin Andy was reappointed by PFC (now we know why - Chanrai offered £500k to PFC if he was appointed) - I got bored with the number of complaints about him first time round (only because the complaints never stopped) but I could hear the outrage this time round, and I'm over 100 miles away. People are jubilant that the courts appointed someone else - they believe they are going to get some answers - finally.
The truth for PFC won't be palatable, and some of it is coming out - might not be able to see out the season, etc - but the truth is better than a pack of lies and cover ups, as you rightly acknowledge. Pompey are in deep shi...I mean trouble and whether it's the end for them or not, I think a whole load of skeletons are about to fall out of their closet. Yes I dislike Pompey, intensely at times, but FWIW I don't particularly want to see them dead; below Saints and scratching about in the lower leagues for ever more, definitely, but not dead and buried. Genuine question Pompey fans - what would you do if the club did fold? Start a new club, support someone else (and, no, it probably wouldn't be Saints!) or find something else to fill the gap?
Think the fans have already discussed starting a new side. They could find it a lot more interesting and pleasurable than this Chinese Water Torture.
