Got confirmed for two scum tickets, they've only sent 1 out. Rang them yesterday to tell them what the craic is. All I got was a moody lad saying just wait till a few days until the game and come in to see him. I explained that I'm at work all of next week then he turned around and said "That's not my problem" So now I have to take a shift off work (which I can't afford) to go into the ticket office to sort it out. I blame Bruce.
On the whole they have generally been helpful and competent, but I have had the odd difficulty over the years..
Just the attitude of this lad boiled my piss. Trying to make out it was my fault. I mean, how hard can it be to put 2 envelopes in a envelope and send it to an address.
