4th

In the last few weeks i am getting more and more confident about getting 4th place, our form is ok but the chavs and gooners is awful.

anyone else with me in the growing confidance?

One thing I have learned as a Liverpool fan over the last few years, is to take nothing for granted. We could make fourth, we might miss out. The chance is there, Liverpool need to treat every game as a cup final from now until the end of the season.

Fingers crossed. Champions league football without Liverpool is just not right, the competion needs us.

 

I predicted fifth before the season started and I am sticking to it. However, I obviously hope for higher. Like bazray says above:

It does, English clubs are under performing big time, Liverpool are an excellent cup team. As an owner of a European cup, with our pedigree and heritage we are a massive club in European terms, a team any other would hope to play against. *****<European cups son.

The way Chelsea are playing, Bolton must be favorites?

 

Terry out for weeks (not that it is a big loss), Cahill's true colours are showing (Bolton's defence has looked better/Chelsea's worse)...Luiz is a formidable **** up at the back. Ngog will have a field day!

 

One thing in our favour over Chelsea and Arsenal is our defensive strength.

That might make the difference in the long run.

 

The Champions league game last night was a joke. AVB has got a loaded gun pressed on his head and Abromovich's finger must be getting itchy. Think Chelsea should get Benitez in, don't want it to happen, but he would sort it out there.

 

Yes, we should fininsh well, but again, we might not.

 

Here's to hoping AVB is telling the truth about Roman backing him.

OR you are right, lets hope that we are over our scoring conundrum to add to our defensive strength. We would easily be 4th by now had we converted our chances, yet people are quick to write us off. Our league form hasn't been the best in 2012 but now we have Suarez, Gerrard and Carroll hopefully all playing together. Let's do this.
