Ball Amy written as 2 words? Sounds like a French restaurant.

I say two wingers/ attacking mids, and apart from that, transfers for squad depth and variation.

Now the teams gelling and every ones learning their place.

    -----------------reina----------------
    -Johnson---Skrtel----Agger---Enrique-
    ----------Lucas------Spearing--------
    --------------Gerrard-----------------
    -------Suarez---------New-----------
    --------------Carroll-----------------

For now, where I'v written new, Ballamy could easily go right now. His fitness just isnt so convenient.

For the future 'new' would need quick feet, pace, some skills and creativity and be able to go wide and put great crosses in for Carroll.

Some one said the other day that Suarez ends up doing all the running when played with Carroll. But if we had two players run off Carroll we could be flying.

Bale or Adam Johnson, Cavani I agree with. Dont know much about Isla.

How about Thomas Muller? Impressed me a lot at the last world cup. Got the golden boot with 5 goals and three assists in 6 games. Only 22 years old. 60 club career gols in 176 appearances.

    ----------Lucas------Spearing--------
    --------------Gerrard-----------------
    -------Suarez---------Muller----------
    --------------Carroll-----------------

Can play striker, off the striker and out wide on either side.

Gerrard is good at kicking the ball, Suarez can also kick a ball good. When Carroll first started kicking balls for Liverpool he wasn't that great at it, now he is starting to kick the ball good, I presume it's the influence Gerrard and Suarez ball kicking abilities. They all need to kick the ball in to the net more, so we can get more goals than our opponents. Downing can kick the ball backwards very good, but needs to work on his forward kicking of a ball so Bellamy should start ahead of him because he's been kicking the ball well all season for us.

Yes, a midfielder, a right winger and a striker.

You need a strong squad to compete in all competions, what's so difficult to understand about that?

    Stop looking for an argument.

Happy, with first eleven, think we need a right winger as Kuyt can be erratic and is not really a winger. Lucas is coming back, but think we need a creative mid, and a goal poaching forward with pace to offer something different to what we have. (cavani) But still believe Carroll will make it.

    Thus Improving squad = simple

  14. Not looking for an argument, just simply don't agree that we have the strongest starting eleven in the league! Quite simply, I can't understand why someone would think we have! Our starting eleven is good, but IMO, Man city, Man Utd and Tottenham definitely have a better starting eleven. As part of your argument you put out what is (in your opinion) our strongest eleven but then immediately follow it by saying we need a midfielder, winger and striker. Can you not see the irony?

Same as City need a new defender and possibly a winger and a forward. Same as United need a new keeper, a new defender (or two) and a couple of midfielders, same as Spiurs could do with a new defender and right winger and a new manager?.

I stand by what I said "ABOUT AS GOOD."
