Obviously seeing as we play those sorts of teams every week it'd be Stoke V Swans. I would love to watch a clash between minows in the cup final though. Two minows though not just Kerdiff.
leeds 18 you pathetic little specimin, pure jealousy for both swansea and cardiff, one in the premiership, one in a cup final, neither of which will happen for leeds in the next few decades....a nothing club with pathetically low attendances, pathetic players (keogh for example, one of the worst strikers in the past 3-4 years to pull on the cardiff jersey) and a legendary tax dodger as your owner..... as for being welsh, its a great country, says alot about someone who is constantly on the attack, you must be insecure about something, enlighten us all....
and swimaway, you think its ok to joke about severely disabled kids, in fact i have a second cousin who goes to a school like that, you digust me..
Must be living in a big City like St Davids that makes you think Cardiff is a minnow RIP;o) Shrewsbury must have been massive then ? Appart from that do you go sea fishing down your way as will be there in the summer and your rag/lug is the best in the UK ;O)
Agree Swamp, this swimaway is a total prick as he now shows ,we should have known really with his pic of 2 hoodies ......................so out of date .
I'm living in Portsmouth at the moment until July. Not sure why St Davids comes into how I view teams though? St Davids though being an important place in the History of Wales. Being such a patriot I'm sure you have nothing bad to say about the place. Every game to me is massive even Shrewbury. But when you get used to playing Premiership teams every week only then does it strike you how big each match is.
Nothing bad to say about anything Welsh and been St Davids and saw they flew the red dragon flag (Y Ddraig Goch)with pride as the smallest city in Wales unlike some .. Every game a massive game for every team in the leagues but most clubs only get to Wembley once ,this is our 4th and the first to get to both major finals at the new Wembley ,not bad for a Championship side ;O)
Congratulations on that John, sorry I'm not more interested in the final. I'll watch out for the result and may even watch some of it if I have time. But for me the only game that I'm really interested in is the Swansea game. Good luck
We musn't lose sight of the fact that this is Cardiff's "15 minutes" in the limelight. Nobody waxes lyrical about the way they play. They live constantly in the shadow of their more famous neighbours, whose attitude, and style of play is lauded, and applauded throughout the footballing World. This situation is clearly taking it's toll on the team from the Capital. Why else would their representatives take up residence on this Board, trying to big up their forthcoming game with Liverpool? They are behaving like small children in the run up to Christmas. But they have a hard sell, since most people are simply not interested, since there is a very important Rugby match taking place at Twickenham. The only people to show much interest in them in recent times has been HMRC representatives. Let us,however,be magnanimous, and congratulate both teams for getting to the Final. May the best team win. A sobering thought, however,is that Cardiff will have to return to The Championship, whilst Liverpool will join The Swans' in The Premier League.
Premiership or a 2nd class cup final Hmmmm let me see.....and Swimaway i dont think you ought to be bringing people with learning disabilities into this discussion its ok taking the piss out of each other but dont bring vulnerable people into it even if its just for a wum , there are other ways to do it . ok
We've already played Liverpool at Anfield this season, a much more historic ground than the new Wembley. Having said that we were there recently in a much bigger game than the League Cup final, weren't we? Also, surely most people in Cardiff will be watching the rugby, not Cardiff?
Just thought that the whole of Wales would get behind their great teams playing on the w/end in massive games ,did not take into account the envy from swansea on this subject ................ Cardiff City making history as the first club to play in 2 major finals at the new Wembley and of course our national rugby side that plays in Cardiffs Millennium Stadium .............come on lads swallow the envy thing this w/end and lets all get behind Wales capital ,biggest club !! Carefull now Scotty ,we have seen what happened to Dragquuenpil when he was altering peoples posts ..........;o)
