With Chelsea, Spurs and Liverpool still in the mix, like Stoke last season, making the final could be enough to see us qualify for the Europa league.
Could this be our best ever chance to get into Europe??

We played 4 ans won 3 that year, so at 75% win ratio there can not be many if any better tan that.

 

I'm sure I'm not alone in pinching myself reading this, who would have thought we would be talking about Europe a few months ago, I still expect to wake up one morning and see we are in the bottom 3 and it was all a daft dream.

We cant trust Liverpool to do anything right, they finished 6th that season (1992 when we got to the final), if it was 5th we would have been in it then (i think, rules may have been different back then as the cup winners cup was still going).
