Wayne Rooney is a fantastic striker. His work rate to the team, he works hard, not only in attacking but in defending as well, he always drops back to help the defence. He's very unselfish, always looks to play in players. He works very hard for the team, always gives %100 for us. He is the best all around striker in the league. He's also a great leader in the team too, if we're not playing very well, you can see Rooney shouting at his team mates and also giving few instructions too. What I love about Rooney is like I said above, he's not that type of striker that always sticks upfront waiting for the ball to come, he goes back to help out the defence too and i love his work-rate for the team and also some of his passing is great, reminds me of Scholes sometimes.
Considering that Fergie put him in a midfield position for a number of games, that figure is impressive.
