Just seen a quote by Quillips......and it rings true..

Catts is on 9 yellow cards...................

Now should he play against WBA and risk it....or what?....1 more in this game and miss the deby against them..

A hard choice, but i feel MoN will make the right decision. My own view is that he should miss the WBA game because we are going to need some steel in midfield against the skunks.

This is just like the other thread lol

    10 yellows is a 2 game ban.

If he plays agaisnt WBA and gets a yellow he will miss the Newcastle Liverpool games.

If he doesnt play, plays in the derby, gets a yellow, he will miss the Liverpool and the Quarter Final

depends which is more important to you i suppose.

Can't really pick a team worrying about cards. Any of them could get a red, then what.
As long as Cats remembers not to do owt daft, he'll be fine...<yikes>

The next game is always the most important game. Play him.

I would have Catts name on the team-sheet first every week.He is a leader on the field..but,Martin knows a lot more than me,and I am happy to let him make all the decisions!!

Even if he gets booked he won't miss the derby.

The yellow card count resets after new year.

There's a complete breakdown of the regs on another thread. Don't think it's that simple.

MoN just needs to make the right tactical decision. He may feel like he's more likely to get 3 points vs WBA, and risk sacrificing Cattermole to play him in that game. On the other hand, whilst the derby is 'just another game', MoN will know how important the result is to the morale of the fans and the players themselves, so he may prioritise that.

This is the major issue, as MoN will know we're a good side and will know that beating us at SJP will be more difficult than beating WBA at their ground, so he has to look beyond just the points.
