After Becchio scored he waved all the other players away and jumped on Redfearn.

Not seen them do that with Larry recently.... dressing room together again?

More of a 'goodbye' this is your last job in management gesture.

All the players know that their 75% efforts of late are no longer going to be acceptable and that yesterday was an end of the small era of Grayson and Redfearn.

Redfearn will now move back to developing the youth team in "a more enhanced role". Will be interesting to see what that "enhanced role" is. Let's hope the club move forward at some pace now. Warnock has a warm up game against Pompey next weekend, which hopefully we'll win, before the season shaping games against Saints & the Hammers. Get something from both of those games & who knows what we can achieve this season. Get nothing from each of those games & the season is over & Warnock's honeymoon ends rapidly.

Watch this space & tighten your seatbelts, its likely to be a bumpy rollercoster ride. We wouldn't have it any other way!!!

Redfearn seemed to be doing a good job as youth/reserve coach and the players like him, so hopefully he stays on and continues his work. Eddie summed it up yesterday after the game when saying thank you from all of Leeds United for his work in the last few weeks. It was a difficult situation for him to come into, and obviously we all didn't want him as manager, but he did okay. Bit harsh when he took McCormack off against Coventry and Leeds fans started singing you don't know what you're doing.

Yeah, he didn't. But still a bit harsh, considering he was only caretaker manager. It was tough him coming into the mess of a squad left by Grayson.

But I think a lot of it was out of the fear that, even though he was just caretaker, he was looking quite likely to be given the job full time, which clearly would have been a disaster.

Becchio also did that for the physio when he scored on his return from injury.
