there is no fight in our team and that is waddocks fault,we are gonna win hardly any more games with these players they are just not good enough.get rid of waddock now because i wouldnt fancy us even in a lower division with what we have got.

I wouldnt keep waddock if he takes us down. he kept us up last year, got the team playign some of the best football and was a fantastic manager when things were going well. however, as soon as something went wrong he didnt know how to ammend it. Martin Khul going WAS the changing point, i stand by that.

have been struggling all day to find a ray of hope: heres the best i could come up with!

2 years ago we lost 2-1 away to walsall. that day i distinctly remember discussing with my fellow wycombe fans about league 2 next year, and how the team had no fight, no spirit and no desire. the next weekend we got a win against hartlepool which kick-started our season and nearly kept us up.
2012, we lose 2-0 away to walsall, and we are all discussing league 2 next year, and how the team had no fight, no spirit and no desire. on saturday , we have hartlepool at home :D

i know, sounds unlikely but its all i could think of!!!

Yes i sent Rocky a text last night saying Mad Dog was probably one of the few that could get us out with a miracle.
He's unliked by quite a few and his methods have been known to be somewhat dubious, but he's a motivator. Some of our lot wouldn't know what had hit them!
He saved Notts Co last year, who were looking certs for relegation and taken them to mid table this year - how we would have loved that!
Problem is, we have Hayes as a big part of the problem. Waddock is contracted for a further 2yrs and that means pay out if we sack him. Have a feeling we may be stuck with Waddock, whether we like it or not

I'm of the same opinion. I didn't see the point of sacking Waddock as there wasn't anyone else we could realistically get that would make a difference. But Mad Dog being available changes that. He's not everyone's cup of tea but look what he did with Notts County and Barnet. I don't know what more County expected from him and sacking him seems very strange.

The problem is, I don't see either Waddock walking or Hayes sacking him given the length left on his contract. All that is left now is a slow and painful demise towards relegation with a manager and players that have no fight left in them and seemingly nothing to suggest that it will change. As you say JS, one of the all times lows of being a Wycombe fan.

heres a solution for the "players have no fight in them" - grab 11 random people from the crowd and get them to play. they may care for the team at least!!!
