Whats the rules on these? To be honest I can't be arsed to write an article on say 'McGeady Should We Sell?' just to have some Hun comment on how he looks like a lesbian/Father Jack/Jedward & change the whole fecking article into a slanging match. Thats one of the reasons I left 606.
if you write a good article such as the one you highlight above you can promote it to an article to display on the home page to by clicking on the link to the bottom left of the post anyway to answer your point we can't really guard against that unless we stop each other posting on each others boards which isnt fun
Even if people do post stuff like that Brum, does it matter? Just reply to the people who post sensible answers back instead of crying about it
I don't believe in restricting members to certain boards, I've posted on the Rangers board today myself, but if people are writing pish on their its a waste of time having the seperate boards IMO. If I want to say McGregor is a rapist or Muir wants to say McGeady is a lesbian then it should be done on the main forum. The team boards should be for proper discussion about football. If opposing fans want to comment then fine, but not if they're just going to write a load of knuckledragging ****.
where to **** is muir to fix these smilies? I'm flying at 2pm, Belfast to Southampton then Southampton to Guernsey. Will be home at after 6 and if Muir hasnt fixed the smilies by then Ill have a bash at it as I hate workin on a feckin laptop. Oh and 2 litres of Famous Grouse for 12 quid in duty free, happy days.
what the ****! how come duty frees always **** when i'm there?! is there a special BA one or something?
Guernsey isn't in the EU so it's actually proper Duty Free. I get 17.5% off everything I order from the likes of Amazon.co.uk too, it's ****in great.
There was nothing wrong with how the boards were previously with the seperate teams etc. The only people who didn't seem to like it were the Huns who seemed to have **** all to say about football or their club. If you want to have serious football debate about your team you have to go to another site to do so. I'm sure any new visitors will do the same & soon get pissed off with it.
I'm hoping that automatic posting of news stories from the likes of BBC, FollowFollow and CQN will stimulate more conversation in those boards, seems to have worked so far.
