That was across the line I think... we're really riding our luck. It was probably a foul on Steer though, so maybe not
Nice of the groundsman to paint a 3 foot line. But it was a foul on Steer. The officials are on our side today.
http://www.vipbox.tv/watch/34636/3/norwich-city-vs-leicester-city-live-stream-online.html This one is working well for me.
The player was over the line, but that doesnt necessarily mean the ball was. Tough one for the officials.
Wards feet were clearly behind the line bu he was leaning forwards. No way that crossed the line. WHOLE ball over WHOLE line. No chance.
Russell Martin will have to change his name to Maretime today. I don't think playing at CB has helped him in his full back role. You don't need to hoof it from full back.
I think that R Martin cross to Morrison was the first piece of play I've been pretty happy with so far, but even that was crossed too hard. Hoolahan had a poor game so far, not offered anything and I can't confidently say he's hit 50% of his passes.
Truly awful from us so far. crappy passes not finding the man. Players are looking lazy. Fair play to Leicester, they look up for it and are chasing everything down
Our passing in final third (And the foxes) for that matter has been awful. Just shots outside the box.
Morison always looks a cold fish but he doesn't look up for it today. He's looks like he should playing for Stevenage again.
For all of the bigging up of our players on the other thread, on the standard of the norwich performance of the first half, there players are looking better than ours. The commentator just said 'whos the prem team here?' Lets hope things improve in the second half!!!
Ok half-time - key incidents, Leicester goal fair play, deserved lead. Penalty? It was never a penalty. The goal that never was? It never crossed the line. Pretty boring first half other than that. Both sides final ball is dreadful. Dyer holds the key for the Foxes I feel. Steer, R Martin, Morrison, Fox, Hoolahan and Jackson all been poor so far or unconvincing at best. Bennett, Barnett, Ward, Pilkington all been ok. Drury has been excellent.
Martin is having a torrid time up against Dyer, as you say... danger point. Your assessment is pretty fair, but I don't think Jackson has been too bad. Ward has made a couple of defensive errors too so I'd swap them round. Very disappointing.
