Mertesacker out for a while

Discussion in 'Arsenal' started by Robin van Bergkamp, Feb 17, 2012.

  1. Typical worthless non-sensical drivel by a Wenger and Gazidis spin doctor. There are those who prefer to stick their brainwashed heads in the sand as opposed to looking for reasons of our failures.

I suggest that these are the ones who do the club harm as opposed to those of us who are searching for ways of getting our club back to the top.

    Complete worthless trash <doh>

So I guess you didn't see how the pitch helped cause M'sacker's injury
I suggest you take a look in the mirror before you accuse people of being worthless trash

  3. There is nothing to suggest it was the pitch.

  4. I guess you didn't see the match then and only relied on what brainwashed Piskie said. You should learn to make up your own mind and not let others do it for you.

Have you read Ammaar's post yet?

He is not the only one to suggest something may be wrong with our ( read Arsene's ) training methods.

Then what game featuring Arsenal and S'Land did I watch
You must be really thick if think I'm brainwashed by PISKIE but then again I could say the same about you and Jayram
I have read Aamaar's post but the issue at hand is M'Sacker's injury and to turn it into an attack on Wenger's training methods is just sad

  6. If you read the thread you will know that Amaars post was not only using this incident to question the training.

There is nothing to show that the pitch caused the injury - but there are a whole host our players that get injured due to non impact inuries, where tendons, ligaments, and muscles just give way in the normal course of playing.
Amaar is referring to that - as am I - and there are apparently players who have discussed it (Amaar may be able to fill us in a little more on that).

What's sad is that you would just blame the pitch without even questioning why we get so many long term injuries.

Are we the only ones to suffer long term injuries from non contact injuries?
You are basing your arguments on non facts.
When I see quotes from players and management then I will be convinced

  8. Just like the non fact you are using to blame the pitch OXO.

See Amaar's post above - seems he has done a little research.

  10. Its amazing really - doesnt sound as though we actually train for football matches. Perhaps if synchronised passing replaced synchronised swimming in the Olympics, we'd get some gold medals.

  11. Except he already mentioned them much earlier - which if you read through the thread, we were referring to.

As Robin said, you just chose to side with Piskie's view.
