Hope you are right about Pitman starting shiny. Given his injury obviously Skuuuuse is out but sounds like Cisse might be fit in time. I would agree with the rest of your line-up, apart from the fact that I would probably put Pearson in rather than Bolasie to keep it a bit tighter in the middle if we are playing two up front. Let's hope McManus helps to tighten things up at the back (can't go on letting in 2 or 3 every game). COYR!
Match Day!!!!!!!!!!! at the moment i have to strip wallpaper and wont know how city get on untill 6 tonight, but hopefully ill get away with it and listen to it on the radio coyr!
well i got away with the wallpaper, but have to do it tomorrow but only half our till kick off an hereS the team news **********James Foster Fontaine McManus McGivern Adomah Elliott Cisse Kilkenny Pearson **********Pitman Subs: Gerken, Wilson, Bolasie, Stead, Wood. *********Jones Alcock Bennett Zakuani Briggs Tomlin Frecklington McCann Boyd ********Ball Taylor Subs: Lewis, Little, Tunnicliffe, Kearns, Sinclair.
I know your going to think I'm a bastard for this shiny but I would of dropped Elliott and kept Woods up front! I like Elliott but don't think he thinks about his pass before placing it! And I think Cisse is a must in our team! But here goes fingers crossed listening to it on radio
Bristol City * 01 James * 04 Fontaine * 26 Foster * 28 McManus * 36 McGivern * 07 Elliott * 08 Kilkenny * 21 Cisse * 27 Adomah * 37 Pearson * 34 Pitman Substitutes * 22 Gerken * 18 Wilson * 17 Bolasie * 09 Stead * 39 Wood
Mmmm pitman needs a man alongside him. Playing him great but not to his strengths. If we play him give him the best possible chance to hit the net,he is not a lone striker.
Sorry to say this and I may get shot down but..... It looks to me like DM has set Brett up by playing him up front on his own. That isn't his game - we would be better off 'risking' someone up there with him (Wood or Stead) as he isn't a hold-the-ball-up type player. Almost feels like Del feels forced into playing him after Tuesday but will then be able to say told you so when it doesn't work.....
ha maybe we should all pick a player like shiny do not want to be dropped or questioned lol I'll go with mcgivern
well im glad we have no woods or stead playing, perhaps we might keep the ****ing ball on the floor lee tomlin 1-0
is it just me but knowing we are 1-0 down away with 75 minutes to go i feel we are already out of the game
