now while you lot can say what you like about his private life... thats your thing and whatever but i'm just laughing at how anyone thinks ryan giggs could manage a club cos the guy just hasn't got the personality for it... utd players would just run amok...

Ffs Mito it was a wind up thread, nobody in their right mind would expect Giggs to get anywhere near the Man U managers job.

So that means i might be right about Scholes having dementia.

Dalglish wasn't honest enough to admit in the interview that he'd seen non-handshakegate
He showed a severe lack of integrity by wearing that ridiculous t-shirt (he really did make a fool of himself on that one)
His common sense over the whole Suarez / Evra incident has been laughably lacking
He failed to show accountability to his employers by escalating the incident even after an independent committee had come to its decision

    You're right, this is easy!

I can't wait for Mourinho to get the job! He'll demand money they haven't got, he'll then spend money they don't have, maybe win one or two trophies and run away leaving an old squad on stupidly high wages and let the team rot away whilst he goes off to another club...can't wait.

have you ever been to OT?

Do you think the the dugout is on the roof?

How the **** can someone on the touchline see whats going on when hes behind the row of players and 25yrds away?

The T-Shirts were worn before the FA found Suarez guilty.

He has common sense enough to see the error of judgement he feels he made.

How do you know the Yanks never had the same amount of faith in Suarez until the handshake?.

And by the ****ing way the thread is about Giggs not Suarez.

    :grr:

This really is a banter free board...but if you insist

    Been to OT, lovely place
    Dugout isn't on the roof
If he didn't see it, (he would have been able to see that something was going on from the dugout) he would have been made aware of it at half time or full time, monitors all over the place at OT, don't know if there are any on the roof though, never been on the roof
I didn't say the t-shirts weren't worn before the independent panel found Suarez guilty
He has displayed more common sense recently, agreed
The Yanks didn't publicly come out and back Suarez

You mentioned Suarez before I did buddy.

So back on topic. It won't be Giggs. I don't think it will be Mourinho either. He'd probably win us a couple of league titles and a European Cup but I would hope that the hierarchy at Old Trafford have appreciated what longevity has done for our club and how a short term strategy, like Chelsea's, is a fool's paradise. Mourinho is not a man to build an empire. He's all about quick success and then ****ing off before things get a bit difficult. He'll be City's next manager. I haven't a clue who will take over at United. Maybe OGS as he seems to have the temperament.

The key is once fergie retires Utd supporters will need patience because theres a good chance success wont come immediately, then if the success does'nt come as soon as they want you'll see the plastics jump ship and leave supporting Utd to the real supporters.

Nothings certain in football but if Fergie does'nt put his own man in when he leaves things will go a long way backwards before going forwards at the club.
