    He wouldnt rejoin me. He went back to Marseille for a year, then his contract ran out, then I got him back on a free. But by then my team was too good for him really and he was just a bitpart player :(

    Finished 11th first season, qualified for Europe 2nd season which is probably why he joined after his contract ran out (was between me and spurs for his signature)

    Beatski, update to 11.3.

    You get 20mil to spend.

    Release Kuqi. Xisco already away on loan. Maybe sell Guthrie. You wont get rid of Smith. You may get people sniffing aroung Barton/Nolan/Ranger.

    Sign Gameiro (6m) and Christian Benitez (2.5m). These two will do you for at least 3 seasons, if you can hold onto them that is. Both more than capable of 20+ goals each.

    Defence wise, Phil Jones of Blackburn is a must-buy. Of course you would have to try and offload a current CB first.

    Also, if Benzema is transfer listed or even set as 'backup', put in a cheeky loan bid for him.

    Without the update I would usually do these things in order:

    Get Rafael on loan
    Sort out all of the contracts
    Put all money to transfer funds
    Ask for higher percentage of transfer fee's
    Sell untill I have like 5.5m
    Buy Ben Arfa
    Sell youngsters on loan

    On 11.3 I've been finding it far too easy playing a 4-3-3/4-5-1

    Bought Necid for £6m, Appiah (one for future) £2m, and Shawcross £12m. Not managed to move anyone on yet this save though.

    MCL is Box to Box, MCR Advanced Playmaker. Wingers' roles vary with opponent, being wingers or inside forwards against most, defensive wingers against better teams. Striker is a complete forward, or defensive forward against much better teams.

    Not as good as he should be, probably better used as a box to box or deep lying playmaker than a DM or anchorman.

    I may perhaps buy this on the sly.

    Is the PSP version OK this time round as I bought 2009 version last time and was a bit miffed with it.

    Buy in more players/staff who speak their language and English, or just wait it out; over time they'll learn English, how long depends on their adaptability (hidden stat).

    Not that I know of mate, maybe sign another player who speaks the language of the one who is struggling, but eventually they will learn english and the problem will go away.

    Do you have a 'shouting' variable you can tweak?

    It's well known that shouting in English at foreigners whilst in their own country is the best way to converse for every day goods like milk and bread.
