When a football club was considered an integral part of its community. Well, it seems our neighbours have decided to break with tradition and are to create a 'sanctuary from the poor'.

A main promise in the original deal with the local authority was their pledge to invest £16m in the local area & community. The club even had the audacity to use the recent riots as a platform to espouse how much they care about and are committed to the local area and its peoples. How things can change in a short few months...

So, the £16m promised to affordable homes and schools - just so much bullcrap. £13m towards improving Tottenham Hale station - more lies and worse, now a £13m drain on the taxpayers instead.

With the borough being run by a bunch of councillors who have failed so miserably to negotiate a fair deal for its residents, is it any wonder so many wanted to see the place burnt to the ground? Sometimes fire is the only way to sanitize such a place.

THFC. Team subsidised by Manchester City's Arab owners & it's proposed stadium subsidised by an already impoverished community. Classy! :emoticon-0119-puke:

I can see some bad karma heading spurs way in the medium future.

You heard a rumour that we are selling them Ramsey? :bandit:

I hope (if it ever gets built) that it burns to the ground during the first week of completion :)
