The whole sorry saga over at Rangers FC PLC (in administration) has seen some incredible cries of "What?" or "How could it come to this?".

I find this incredible myself. Surely it doesn't take Milton Friedman or John Maynard Keynes to work out that if you spend £30m in transfers to win the SPL and budget for Champions League every year (which Celtic do not) then when the success on the park isn't there you are on a shaky peg and in fact using Fisher Price economics.

Rangers FC PLC (in administration) have been bailed out by Dave King and ENIC with huge one off sums (I think £30m & £40m - somewhere in that region). This is simply unsustainable.

Rangers FC PLC (in administration) have lived beyond their means, chasing a dream. Murray was also foolish in selling off the Rangers shops to a sports firm, a case of short term gain for a long term loss. How narrow a view that was.

Funny how this party line about the SPL needing Rangers FC PLC (in administration) was absent when Celtic F.C. had their own financial woes in the 1990s.

Okay... play the Soap music now....

Will 'Sir' David Murray be held to account for his gross mismanagement of Rangers FC PLC (in administration)?

    Who is Craig Whyte?

Will he be stripped of his knighthood?

Will he face the dock and investigation by financial authorities?

Will Rangers FC PLC (in administration) go bust and come out the other side as a Phoenix club with nowhere to play?

    Who is Craig Whyte?

Will Rangers FC PLC (in administration) be stripped of the titles won during the period when they were cooking the books?

Will Ally McCoist cover his bald patch?

    Who is Craig Whyte?

All this and more will be answered in the next episode of Dope: The Craig Whyte saga.

The only thing I know about "Soap" is that my mate's maw wouldn't leave the house until it finished when she was in labour with him.

    ...and I'm an oul **** <ok>
