Yes, you lot who want that cleric fella deported, the one just let out of clink.

I have just listened to his dear mother on the news and she says he is a nice person who is no harm, well a mother knows best.

Jeremy Kyle candidates, if ever I saw them.. mother and offspring. Strasbourg should look after the shuthouse, not us while it's being sorted. However, why don't our stupid excuse for an government (will of the people, etc) just shove the guy out. France and the Germans ignore the human rights nonsense all the time so why don't we?? Bloody Israelis would not stand any of this crap.

If he is such an evil sod why not put him on trial here?

The answer is the judge would have to take into account the time he has spent in jail already. ten years with out a trial. This would be deducted from his twenty year sentence and then with time off for good behaviour he would have to walk free. Thats not europe thats outr legal system.

Me thinks that the powers that be are hiding behind the ECHR!

Makes you wonder... what if Bin Laden had made it to England. He would be put up in a million £ house, have benefits thrown at him and would never be extradited (because of his 'uman rights)
He wouldn't get a job (not Air traffic control anyway)

I'm working with a guy from Poland at the moment and I was telling him how soft our authorities are in the UK, he told me that where he lives, the cleric and all of his kind would just disappear one day, end of story, everyone's happy ( except the cleric of course) sounds good to me.
