I agree with this, especially given that Italian side contains a certain Ibra, who is a prick and a **** all rolled into one giant myth of a footballer. Well I have written one work out plan for the chest using dumbbells. Basically a set of lay down flys palms up no break between exercise then a set of bar presses again laid out flat on the floor.. Another set of flys thumbs up, then another set of presses though from the hip, then a set of chicken presses.. Then a set of inclined presses. If that makes sense.. Meant to do a round of push ups as well but I do those every morning so probably won't.
Not sure how you do bar presses laid on the floor? Surely you need a bench? I really, really should do stuff like that in the week. The only excercise needed for full round body work are press up's really, **** load of them religiously every night and it all gets toned up nicely.
