Milan, although did anyone catch the Zenit x benfica game? Rough conditions but 3-2, not bad. Zenit won sorry.

I want the gooners to win.. Sod the Italians.. I will always want the English side to win.. Though that doesn't stop me from laughing if they get turned over..

When you scouse monkeys won in 05 I found myself egging you on.. I then vomitted profusely and had a lobotomy..

I think he was going for biblical speak.

"Lo, 5 times the earth hath rotated since the Birds of the Liver woneth a trophye. And there woth much wailing and gnashing of teeth by the siyde of the Merseye"

    Probably.

Not all that fussed who wins tonight to be honest. Basel have got the CL sewn up this season, all the others are just fighting for the right to lose to them in the final. Which I'm sure we'll all agree is a great honour <ok>

and then jezz uttered upon the masses, that he hath been sent a lifeline from swarbs thy great speaker of excuses. But was unable to keep thy old tongue up, and conceded that he had made a grave error in his banterous ways as he was in need of much rest. Before he departed, jezz confessed that he wished for the italians to conquer the visiting children from the land of the english.

yeah... i can't keep that up.

I agree with this, especially given that Italian side contains a certain Ibra, who is a prick and a **** all rolled into one giant myth of a footballer.

Thing is, I don't 'want' Arsenal to win as such, I'm a bit disinterested. Same with Chelsea next week. In fact more so with Chelsea, I have genuinely no interest whatsoever in what they do. I suppose I'd want them to win if they reach the final but there's bugger all chance of that with AVB in charge.

Think I'll likely turn over to masterchef at nine tonight.

Interestingly enough (to me), the two players that I rated as THE most over rated in the world are in the same side, Bobinho and Ibra. The Brazilian is having one of his good days tonight though.

Fair play, Arsenal are ****, time for masterchief

Well I have written one work out plan for the chest using dumbbells.

Basically a set of lay down flys palms up no break between exercise then a set of bar presses again laid out flat on the floor.. Another set of flys thumbs up, then another set of presses though from the hip, then a set of chicken presses.. Then a set of inclined presses. If that makes sense.. Meant to do a round of push ups as well but I do those every morning so probably won't.

Not sure how you do bar presses laid on the floor? Surely you need a bench?

I really, really should do stuff like that in the week. The only excercise needed for full round body work are press up's really, **** load of them religiously every night and it all gets toned up nicely.
