Thats about as bad as it gets. no creativity no work rate no closing down awful control of the ball with the first touch no confidence to take players on poor passing - except the 3 yard passes sideways and backwards really really poor defending wrong formation wrong team wrong tactics Just a terrible first 45 against an average side that we are making look like world beaters. With Djourou on, we may be out of the tie tonight. This game is classic example of why i say Wenger is tactically clueless and cannot motivate his players.
Got to say - we have been ****ing awful in the 1st half. Can't really complain at all about being 2-0 down. The pitch is **** yes, but we've done nothing creative and we've been really poor in possession. All I can say is that we need to come out and actually play in the 2nd half. If we can get a goal it's game on. As it is, if we concede again, then this tie is over. COYG!

We're actually playing no formation with no gameplan - just go out and pass it around and hope something happens. We'll need 2 gaols at least - Djourou will give away a goal in the second half. In fact we could be embarrassed tonight if we dont wake up.
We need 1 goal - 2 would be nice though. 2-1 is not an insurmountable scoreline to turn around. Hopefully your doom prediction for Djourou is wrong, but we need to shape up quick otherwise we could be going out of this comp if we concede again tonight.
Rosicky has always been kack on the left, why Wenger decided tonight to play him there is beyond me. I would never have started with Ramsey. Start with OXO or Henry on the left and leave Rosicky in the middle.

We've actually not played well at all in the CL this year - except 45 minutes against Dortmund at the Emirates. Overall shoddy campaign. I didnt expect us to play this badly tonight though. I'm sure there will be a host of excuses.
