    With Skrtel, I think a shaven head and tattoos help the 'hard' image but he's not particularly hard, is he?

    He's robust and strong - but hard? See picture at the top of this link? He's more pretty than hard.

    Was it the Colombian league or the Argie league where there was a guy nicknamed " the killer' or "the bulldog" something like that? This dude was known to just break legs. I will look for some video of him out there but there is one that is pretty brutal. I will try to find it. Hopefully you know who I am talking about.

    I think it was 'Killer' or 'Assasin' or nearest translation.

    They were all fkn hard, the english game was is fairies compared to what it was like is SA up to the late 80s
