Agree with what's been said Catts has to start when fit, although his shooting is possibly the worst I've ever seen.
Have we ever tried Catts and Gardner?? I can't really remember them playing in the middle together, I think that could be the best combination. As other say its hard of Colback and Vaughan who have both been excellent. I also think Meyler is class. We are blessed in the middle.
