Odddy you gonna get yourself a rustlers next time you are oot shopping for beers ? lovely after a few bottles Ginsters Meat feast slice and a big pack of Nobbys Chilli nuts for later on as well
DAYO Mullins had Quevega entered in the French Champion hurdle but pulled her out, Here's what Racing Post reported at the time: Quevega will not run in Saturday's Grande Course de Haies d'Auteuil (French Champion Hurdle) after Willie Mullins elected to take her out at Tuesday's forfeit stage. "I wasn't all that happy with Quevega's last two bits of work, so we decided not to send her," said Mullins at Ascot on Tuesday. "She's off for a long break and will comeback in the New Year at Cheltenham, if not before then." Maybe she just takes a lot of getting right?
probs health warnings. A kebab I could just eat one of them with chilli - ****ing ****ty crunchy nut doesn't go down with me
Right lads..i'm off...GL anyone planning sex later or staying up for the Aussie racing or combining both..
DAYO - here's pretty much everything you could want to know about Quevega - it's about a year old but has all her history. She damaged a suspensory ligament ater her first David Nicholson Mares Hurdle victory which nearly ended her career. Since then they have been very careful with her. http://www.thefreelibrary.com/QUEVE...ENHAM WINNER - IN THE WORDS OF...-a0251042311 Nice article, good read
Stick, Thats a very brave statement, that race tomorrow looks pretty hot, given that Swincombe Flame is only rated 129 and Baby Shine has to beat a 142 rated JP horse here (only getting mares allowance). I am not saying that she will not win, but she really has to frank the Swincombe Flame/KGL bumper form to do so. Add in Hobbs and Hendo runners and it looks a cracking little novice race. If she wins this she would have to go and take on Quevega would she not?
RV, I would nominate the Hobbs horse as he has no penalties to carry and I liked his hurdle effort. Its a tough race, not sure JP's is a different class. He will need to be a cut above to beat a good field.
Don't rate the Hobbs horse Nass- I think it is flattered by the last run . JP horse is a class act - can't believe he got beat last time out - jockey got caught napping the prat. The champ back on tmz
There is no way she goes to Cheltenham this year NASS. She will not be rushed. I dont think many believed me when I said she would hose up on her seadonal debut...after which RV you mailed me "that's a lovely horse Stick". I dont know what anyone could possibly find wrong with Swincombe Flames form either! Or KGL's for that matter. We shall see...and if I am wrong will take it like a man ;-)
Stick I do think she is a lovely type and was impressive fto I will be surprised if she can beat It's A Gimme though - one of the best novices imo
I told you she would hose up on debut you said you were worried about the ground. This field is much tougher though, but she hasn't done anything wrong. You should get a good price about her, something you wouldn't have expected after her debut. SF and KGL for me haven't faced as tough test as this (Lanzarote is a good race but she was so well in) meeting a 140+ horse off what is basically levels.
