I'm guessing this was back when a win was only worth 2 points? So 12 points ahead with 12 points to play for and you want them to hand over the trophy? Good yin

I know we are all worried and gutted about the turn of events that have seen our great club enter administration but pause for a moment and try and analyse the whole picture. 1,No matter how the case for the EBT's went the tax man has made it plain it will be appealed ad infinitum keeping us in perpetual limbo, 2 We are now unburdened of the insane tax liabilities and vendetta against us. My brother worked at a fairly high level in corporate administration and assures me that when 75% of the creditors agree to the terms offered we come out of administation no matter the size of the debt it's 75% of the debtors. Hopefully Mr Whyte being an expert at this game will have these "small debtors" already set up knowing full well how this all works. So if plays the way I think it will we will be out of admin before the end of March and the season ticket money which has been used to pay off the 18m to Lloyds will be going into a war chest for next season. No surrender EVER.

If I'm reading this twat right, he thinks that the "wee debtors" will amount to 75% and that means the debt will just disappear?

This post sums up your club and the people who follow it.

Beg Steal Borrow, by the way, if you pay tax, you're having a laugh at your club stealing from you - clown.

The best bit - 'the season ticket money which has been used to pay off the 18m to Lloyds will be going into a war chest for next season.'

    Absolutely tremendous <applause>

I don't know why you're laughing. I'm sure we have another £225 million owed to other creditors that hasn't been revealed yet. :bandit:

I've written to Craig Whyte for confirmation that my Rangers brick is safe.

You'll get some straw in the post telling you Rangers are downgrading the "Buy A Brick" programme in line with administrators advice <whistle>

So by this guy's logic, if Rangers owed £1million in total, of which £999,997 was owed to HRMC, and the other 3 quid to 3 seperate small companies, the 3 companies would compromise the 75% required to obtain a creditor's agreement? **** me man, the glue sniffing has gone into overdrive down in tongland.

i have heard from a top top source that there is an extremely wealthy rangers fan waiting to come in at just the right time and take over the debt free club, injecting transfer funds of at least 100 million with the goal of taking down Europes premier competition.

Having just spoken to my mate who works at Murray Park, they all seem to be under the impression that a trading entity has already been registered in London by Whyte (who is a secured creditor after all, meaning he gets his dosh before HMRC even) in order to "sell" the assets to. Basically creating a new Rangers club, that still owns Ibrox, Murray Park, etc without the debt, but also without the history or the place in the SPL. I'm not an expert on these things, but would that not leave Whyte as pretty much 100% shareholder (unless there are others in the company) with no debt and full facilities? So if he was perhaps, to then offer to sell the club, making a nice return on his investment...

I think that story about the man with the money to takeover Rangers has legs.
