It also ends Whyte's faint hope that HMRC would do a deal before Administration became a reality.
There was never any chance of HMRC allowing Rangers to get a CVA. One of the stipulations of awarding a CVS is that the owner of said company does not have a history of: - evasion of statutory liabilities or past association with contrived insolvency HMRC also state that: - debtors are honest in their financial disclosure (Craig Whyte )
Interesting sub headline used! http://news.stv.tv/scotland/west-central/297509-hmrc-moves-to-put-rangers-into-administration/
Totally different scales here, but when I got wind of the taxman shutting me last year, I tried to appoint my own administrator and couldn't because the taxman got in first. Time for an epetition
Surely in a country where two teams support dominates that of local clubs in towns away from Glasgow. Rangers can raise money from it's fan-base. Suppose the problem is it's going to the **** who's running your club.
I reckon we could raise the money but how would you go about organising that? say 50,000 people gave 100 quid. there's 75 million right there. sorted
