Have just wrote the following on twitter...

Indian billionaire Anil Ambani is looking to invest in English football and keeping a close eye on #NUFC, a source has confirmed.

They are normally very reliable, but this depends on how reliable their source is. We denied contact with anyone, but it appears as though there is interest without them speaking to NUFC officials.

I personally don't want us to get a new owner, as I like the stability in the club. What are your thoughts on this?

To be fair, I don't think it will happen BUT if Ashley has learned anything from the start of last season, it is surely to keep business of selling the club quiet, as twice he's publicly put the club up for sale and it's ended up in embarrassment for not only Newcastle United but also for Mike Ashley.

I saw nufcfans tweet yesterday that they had a meeting with the 'source' arranged for today. Apparently he's keeping an eye on us and waiting for us to secure survival. But he has also been interested in many other English clubs, one being Everton.

I'd expect them to look to London first off, maybe Fulham or something as that's where they all look at!

i hope they have abit of money, but i really wouldn t want to turn out like a city yes ino there the extreme but i like the idea of our club running itself in a way, dont want to just become to reliant on buying players instead of looking to youth
