Agreed, although I think it's three teams from four. Portsmouth are dead certs to lose 10 points, and I think Brizzle and Millwall are good enough to maintain the gap to the teams below.
Evening all ...i'm going with my usual 3-1, but i have a feeling we'll struggle to get three ...in my heart it's 3-1, i'm not saying what my head keeps screaming at me!
Any LCFC win will do me. I seem to remember a 4-4 v Watford back in the 90´s at Filbert St. ? I think it was boxing day, I could be wrong. Anyway a real topsy turvy game but good entertainment. "COME ON LEICESTER, COME ON LEICESTER"
Good to talk to other supporters on these boards.... We played poorly on saturday against Forest. I would be happy with a draw.
Definitly, we have been swamped by Hull for the last few months, seems no one else was interested! Hopefully a good game on Tuesday, do you have a link for a live stream of your home games?
Ak usually finds a link i think...but if you have tunein Radio on your phone, you can get three counties radio commentary...though it might be a little Watford biased
Even if Pompey went into Admin, I still think they'd stay up because they wouldn't be cut adrift by any means and they're a better side than Forest, Cov or Donny who look like dead certs at the minute. Forest, on paper, have a team good enough to stay up but the way they're playing, they make it very hard for themselves. With the gap that's opened up at the bottom, the teams need to start winning but none of them have enough goals in their side to do it - especially with two of the three having sold their top goalscorer's.
We leak goals, don't score when on top and quite capable of putting a bad run together - I will only relax when we are safe. Leicester seem to be improving and will be looking to get all three points so I will be happy with a draw at this stage of the season.
Pearson said post-Cardiff he'll be looking for our first back-to-back league wins this season tomorrow.
Not really - you will have a better chance in the first week in March, then two more better chances during the first two weeks of April. Those are all games that you should win whereas tonight is simply a game that you could win, but won't necessarily do so.
not sure that's true harrow, i think it was anyone's game. We just took the points, it could easily have gone either way.
In fairness to Watford, we were never comfortable. More of a threat than Southampton and Cardiff were recently.
