Who album/band do you prefare-For me it's got to be Nirvana,Nevermind is a classic album and the songs are more meaningfull-Appetite for destruction has it's moments but just fall short- I really like Oasis first album but the rest of their albums just got worse and worse so it's thom Yorke & co all day for me-OK Computer is up there with the best of em

Totally agree, but i would throw G 'N' R in the overated bin too, apart from appetite for destruction their other albums were proper ****e.
True. They are overrated in that they are not as good as people like to make out. I still like them though
I did for a while, but was at the impressionable teen years when afd came out, at the time we all ****in loved it, though had there not been swearing in the some of the lyrics, i don't reckon they would have sold so many albums. And of course in the same year Iron Maiden had brought Seventh Son out, which was a bit pish, and Judas Priest had brought out Ram it down, which was also quite pish. So Appetite for destruction was a refreshing change at the time.

I'm just getting into Radiohead, Karma Police and The Bends (song) are ****ing brilliant. Nirvana are alright, but apart from 4 or 5 tracks, their music is too moany and repetitive. I love Guns n Roses, not really keen on oasis tho.
