My first thought was that there must be something else that's provoked this move. The HMRC decision has not been delivered and, as far as I know, can be appealed. We could have got to the end of the season without the 10pt deduction. Or perhaps, you're right. Take the 10 point penalty now and get organised under administration for next season. Dunno really.
