I,m pretty sure we beat Kidderminster at the KC 7-1 and Tranmere 6-1 with Ben Burgess and Stewie Elliott each getting a hatrick in the respective games, but never seen us score 9 or 10, maybe someone can remember the last time we did, i,ve been watching city since March 82 and can,t think of any i missed.

cheers for the correction, makes me want to see us score more goals even more now,

maybe the leeds home game will finally be the one where we put away an whole load of chances, our goals against column would look even better if not for those 4 earlier in the season, our defence has been fantastic so far, 15 of the 25 conceded came in just 6 games, leaving 10 across 23 other league matches, if that isn,t impressive then i,m not sure what is,

The 8-4 V Whitby in the FA cup must have been around 96/97 as Duane Darby got 6 that night.

most recent "big" win I recall was the 5-0 thrashing of Southampton in the fog during our promotion season 2007/8.. it got us going.. and 5-0 is better than 6-1 cos we kept a clean sheet ;)

That Kiddie game was one of the best we've ever seen from a City side I reckon, everything went right that day, if I remember right it was Ryan France's debut and him and Dawson both scored screamers.

That few quid spent on France turned out to be pretty good business didn't it!

Scunts last season was a good performance, but it was helped by them not being able to string more than two passes together.

Time that the long standing fans educated these clueless muppets who moan about anything and everything. They are the sort of people who will moan when they have nothing to moan about. Still too many Plastic Fans at City but if they pay there money ? Every team has them i guess. I had a guy behind me moaning that NB had not signed anyone. So i called his bluff. I said...ok then, who would you buy who would and could improve the team ? No answer by the end so i gave him until the Brighton game to give me some names. You only have to look at messrs Torres and Carroll to see that spending millions is no guarantee. NB knows what he is doing as the performances show and the football is quality.

Its very very good. At BP you would get at least 8 people deep between barriers but those on show on saturday were only for 2 deep between barriers. I know the example was a bit rough but by properly fixing the barriers into the ground it has to be the way forward, imo. That way you can almost say what the amount of people it can hold and is a much improved method for the return of safe standing. I loved the old style cops that swayed back and forth but i dont think the fans of today would accept that anymore. To much time has passed since those days. I liked the new set up and it gets my vote. <ok>

Scarborough was the 2nd most visited resort in the uk last summer .. Even for all it's faults ...But it's nothing to do with Scarborough / Hull ..

Your welcome to think what ever you like but to me any 3-0 win to Hull City makes for perfect day at the footy ...

Anybody think the crowd situation at the KC is a bit odd?

I mean, for most of last season, we we're averaging just over 19K/ 20K and hardly won at home, now we're winning nearly every week and yet we've got a half empty ground.

17K for a team in the promotion push is shocking.

Supported City since the Raich Carter era in the days of Boothferry Park !
The KC "fans" near where I now sit do my tits in ! ! Complain, complain all the time.
Think the stadium and sitting must have a lot to do with it.
At the Crawley game, I had a go at 4 old codgers to get behind the team or "pee off"
That quietened them down a bit 'til Crawley scored then they were all smies and laughing.
"Fickle" doesn't really describe some of thesemiserable B####stds! Got that off my chest, then ! ! ! !
