Personally I think the answer to this question, is no they would not. City's player which Spurs cannot afford has not only got numerous assits and goals for the spuds, however beyond those stats he has also played a part in the majority of their goals, via key contributions that were not the final assist. He is their key player and he isnt even theirs!

Without Manchester City's player Spurs would be mid table. The loan system is really being abused and should be changed, the purpose of it is to help develop young players not to allow also ran's to get in to the Champions league, City are being allowed to buy whoever they want and then give them to other teams at cut price wages its riduclous, either the FA or Uefa need to crack down on the loan system if they are gonna make the FFP rules work as buying players and dumping them via loans is a way around it. What do you guys think?

Did the bankers that brought down the world economy do anything wrong? Not in terms of the law they didn't, but they took advantage of poor regulatons just like Spurs (and others) are doing?

  6. Has a post that clearly identified all of Arsenals loan activity just been removed????

Don't start a thread and debate and then remove one that comes up with a contrary opinion. It's really not classy!!

Why should the mods close it, this is a debate on how the loan system is being abused and teams like City are destorting the league, not just by buying their own place at the top but also handing out players they dont like to other teams and allowing them to climb to heights beyond their resources. Not what the loan system is for.

There is a valid question here and a valid debate. The reason you Spurs boys are trying this line is because you know full well that without City's player you would be considerably weaker.

  16. So accurate stats taking an opposing view are 'petty insults'?
Seems like you would do well in Burma - oh no, even they are now accepting freedom of speech.

    Petty insult?

They are details from your club's own website - are you saying that the truth is insulting?
