The only thing you can deduce from that then is everything you write apart from your predictions is complete bollocks
Look - We have a pretty **** team in comparison to previous seasons, and none of us could have predicted that this would coincide with Chelsea and Liverpool being in similar positions. The weekend's results have given me hope, though. Newcastle will hopefully fall after yesterday's thrashing, and Liverpool and Chelsea lost too. Very, Very key games coming up.
I don't put a lot of stock in the our team is crap now, but the others are worse argument. I just don't know how anyone can determine that with any degree of certainty. I don't go into the predicting business much because I don't think it really proves very much. Teams are very even these days and a game can hinge on how good a night's sleep a key player got. In my opinion, predicting correctly is a matter of luck, not judgement. At this point I would say a top 4 position and a decent run at the FA cup and CL will satisfy me. I'd love it if we can win one of them, but to do that we are going to need the ball to break our way a time or two.
